What is a better wireless mic system for use with Camcorder? UHF of VHF and why?

I am looking to get a wireless mic system for use with my consumer grade Sony Camcorder. I am confused as to what system to get and which one will work best for recording indoors in apartments and condos and be good outdoors sometimes as well. Can someone help me?

Hey there, this report might help you it, it gives the reader some of the differences between UHF and VHF: http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/site/af9d127e26abf498/index.html/
Some small details in the article states that UHF has been considered better in the past years because it has a wider frequency range to choose from so you may have less interference. UHF will cost more and the battery life is usually less on them compared to VHF.
I have the Sennheiser Evolution G2 100 Series wireless lavalier set, and it works great for me (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/324242-REG/Sennheiser_EW112PG2_A_Evolution_G2_100_Series.html ). I don't know exactly what type of microphone jack you have, but mine came with an XLR cable, and a 1/8" cable to use.
I hope this helps you out.
