What is wrong with my amplifier?
hey everyone
I have an amplifier that I probably blew out (6 ohm amplifier, ran it at 4 ohms) but it doesn't seem like a normal blowout: the amplifier still amplifies the input signal slightly.
Any ideas?
It is a PTA-1000 Pyle Pro amplifier.

Are you sure you did not blow your speaker? Try a speaker that you know works on the amp to experiment. If the amp still is low volume, then you need to have it repaired or replace it.
