Can anyone help with recording using M-Audio Fast Track Pro and Sonar Cakewalk?
I recently purchased M-Audio Fast Track Pro. I'm attempting to record songs on guitar. My guitar is connected and the input lights show that Fast Track Pro is receiving input from the guitar. However, there seems to be no output to my laptop. I'm not getting anything from my Fast Track Pro. Any suggestions?
I own fast track pro myself, it could be your operating system, whenever I get a new operating system I need to go to M-Audio website and download the driver for the specific operating system I'm using. If you have already done that then right click the sound in your bottom left corner and click "recording devices" and set M-Audio fast track pro as your default recording device. Click playback devices when taking advantage of the sound card feature in the fast track pro. Hope this helped.....Ive used it on almost every known software out there including cakewalk.
