How do I make a patch cable for my Xbox 360 out of bulk Cat 5e cable?
I have 1000' of cat 5e cable and I want to make a patch cable to connect my xbox 360 to my router. Which/ How many pairs will I need in on the ends? Should the cable be straight through or cross over? Any details would be appriciated.
you need to use all the cables but not all are actually used. You need to make a straight through cable for your xbox do a quick search on google for this.
