With the elite WR core and revamped defense, who can possibly beat the Pats this year?
I see the Pats going at least 13-3, and thats saying if they have horrible performances against the Colts, Bengals, and Chargers. Seriously, considering the talent on paper, considering nothing else, not intangibles, the Patriots have a legitamite chance of ruining that annual 1972 Miami Dolphins party.
Chargers having a sick passing offense? What?
You have to consider them the favorite to win the Super Bowl. The biggest question has to be is can Maroney handle the running duties on his own. They have a couple of good complimentary backs in Kevin Faulk and Sammy Morris, but neither will carry a team.
The only team I can see beating them is San DIego because they do have a great defense and could score with them.
The only real weakness they might have is their pass defense and teams could score on New England, but their front seven is strong especially with adding Adelius Thomas.
