Will two different sizes of ram work in dual channel mode?
I have 2GB (2X 1GB) of DDR2 PC2-667 made by Corsair in dual channel mode. My motherboard has only 2 ram slots and can support up two 4GB of memory. I would like to upgrade to 3GB of memory.
My question is will a 1GB stick work with a 2GB stick work in dual channel mode to give me 3GB of ram. The two sticks are made by the same company and are the same speed!

It depends on your memory controller. Some MCs support it, some don't, and it's not very well documented. If I were you, I'd just buy a 2x2GB kit.
