Is there a transformer or converter that can connect a laptop's AC Adapter plug to a USB connector?
I know there are tons of USB to AC Adapter ones, but I need the opposite; AC Adapter plug to a USB connector. I'm going to use a laptop on the airplane, but Delta only has USB powerports on Economy. Also, please tell me where they might available.

Im sorry but its not possiable.
The usb ports in computers are connected to the motherboard, there for it can only give power thats taken from the motherboard (which is given by a battery or power supply). The usb port are not connected to a laptops battery, there for it can not give power directly to the battery. But if you are willing you can open up your laptop and MAKE the usb port connented to the battery, but it pretty much hopeless

you can charge it at the airport. I know of reserved power outlets that only laptop owners can use.
