How to get phantom power on an audio technica 2020 usb?
I am getting an Audio technica 2020 usb condenser microphone. I realize that it needs phantom power to work... since it is a usb mic, plugging directly into the computer, how am i supposed to supply it with phantom power... also, what is the cheapest way to give it phantom power? If i am using a mac computer, and garage band, will the microphone completely not work if i DONT supply it with phantom power? what will happen?
USB mics receive their phantom power through the USB jack. You will not need an external phantom power supply.
