Why do I have scratchy static noise in Premiere Elements?
Rattle, tapping, clicking, static noise. Premiere Elements 2.
I am getting the static and other noises(The rattle sounds like a snake) (The static sounds like a scratched record), when I add Mp3s,Mp4s to my timeline and then play the project. I don't have the problem when I play audio in other programs, except when Premiere Elements and Itunes are open at the same time. Itunes, Windows Media Player, etc. are fine as long as Premiere Elements is not open. I think it a software conflict of some kind. However all the diagnostic tools I used don't show any problem.
i think it's hard for ur computer to run all the programs at a time. (i am pretty sure that premiere elements is Adobe's and most of the adobe program needs higher RAM). that's why the sound or noise comes. it happens to me too sometimes.
